Join Our Care Team
We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our broad team of home health care staff and nursing team.
Flexibility
As a community support worker or nurse with us, you have the flexibility to choose the days and times you want to work. Our team offers you the freedom to manage your lifestyle, allowing you to balance work with your partner’s employment, children’s childcare and school schedules, as well as your own study, sports, and other commitments. For those who prefer a more regular schedule, you have the ability to create a roster that you truly enjoy.
Pay rates
Our pay rates exceed the award levels, reflecting the professional skills required by our team to adapt to various environments regularly. Regardless of the shift or location, your pay remains consistent, and we ensure that payroll is efficiently managed for you. Penalty rates are applied according to the award percentages for after-hours and weekend work.
Training & UPSKILLING
At NCC, we specialize in complex care and have continuously evolved to enhance the support we provide to both our team and our community. With our in-house trainers and assessors, we ensure that you receive all required annual mandatory training and have opportunities to upskill in advanced clinical skills.
Our training sessions are conducted regularly and include specialized training packages designed to support your professional development. This equips you with additional skill sets for future opportunities within our team and beyond, advancing your career in the field be it within our Team National brands, or in the wider community.
Support & Care
We are only as good as our team, and we’re proud to have an amazing one! We strive to ensure that every team member feels valued, heard, and appreciated. This commitment starts with our 24/7 support—if you’re on shift, we’re on-call, 7 days a week, to assist you with any emergencies or issues you may encounter. You’ll always reach a familiar voice on the other end of the line.
Additionally, we celebrate your milestones—whether it’s your birthday, graduation, birth of a child, marriage, or other special events. We believe our team is the heartbeat of what we strive to achieve, and we’re dedicated to showing our appreciation.
HOW ARE YOU ROSTERED?
Upon successful recruitment, all service delivery team members will gain access to National In-Home Care's scheduling application.
